Thank you to everyone that have been waiting patiently for the CDC to make their decision regarding the J&J vaccine. The FDA and CDC have lifted the pause that was recommended for the vaccine after a thorough safety review. We are now making appointments for those that choose the J&J vaccine. Dear Parks family, 

As we consider the current uncertainties of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to take a few minutes to share our thoughts with you. The ever-changing status of our nation, state and community warrants a proactive approach. Our intent is to follow the suggested protocols with our staff and our patients. 

We understand the importance of our availability to our community. Worldwide, pharmacies remain open for their patient base. To assist our patients and the obvious concerns, we encourage you to use our drive in and delivery service. We will be more than happy to handle your OTC and prescription needs via phone and delivery. Reducing potential exposure is the best step in prevention and containment. 

We have received many questions regarding availability of medications and options of 90 day refills. We are working diligently to stay ahead of potential medication shortages and at this time, don’t anticipate anything specific. We will gladly help you with your refill requests, contacting your provider when necessary. 

We continue to operate under the best practice for controlling exposure to this and other viruses. We have revisited our infection control protocol and have made appropriate changes to provide the safest work environment for our employees and customers. 

We encourage everyone to visit the CDC website. It remains a critical part of the communication process regarding this virus. Please familiarize yourself with the signs and symptoms of COVID-19. We have posted these on our Facebook page and website. 

The CDC recommends getting the influenza vaccine and pneumonia vaccine as they are beneficial to those that contract COVID-19. We have both in stock and will be happy to administer them to you. 

Our operating hours continue to be Monday-Friday 8:30-6 and Saturday 8:30-1. We are on call for emergencies and can be contacted through our business line at 803-279-7450. As we all navigate this situation together, we ask for your patience. We are humbled by the choice you have made to allow us to be your provider. Your health is our utmost concern. We will do everything we can to assist you in any way.
